Final Project 1 : GEOMETRIC PATTERN & MONOCHROME COLOR ON CANVAS

Final Artwork

Process to do this artwork….

Draw a design on canvas :

After done sketches.

Next step is coloring the canvas with acrylic

Starting color the object

After color the first background.

Next after show the final artwork to sir? He want me to change the background into a pastel color with a geometric pattern on the back. So this is the final process to color the background.

So this is the final look of my project 🙂

Project 1 – Geometric Pattern Sketches

Example of Geometric Pattern.

Study of Color : Example of Monochrome Color.

Monochromatic color schemes are derived from a single base hue and extended using its shades, tones and tints. Tints are achieved by adding white and shades and tones are achieved by adding a darker color, grey or black

My geometric pattern design sketches with monochromatic color on drawing paper.

Exercise 3 ( Self Reflective)

In my opinion the Element of Art such as line, shape, form, color and also space has their own speciality in our daily life. It is also related on everything we do. We must apply the element of art and principle of art in each of  our artwork. It can give more impact when we used it. Each element that we used give us different meaning or something that we can describe or we cant describe it by words. Example like colors? Not every artwork that we create we must used the same color. We must have a creative skills to put the different colors that match with the artwork according to our creativity.
